Built a mortgage marketplace website with zero engineering dependency.
FinHomes is CarDekho Group's mortgage marketplace for the Philippines. Homebuyers can explore loan products, calculate EMIs, and apply for financing in one place. Brokers, developers, and agents can register to onboard onto the platform.
I designed the product end to end and built the entire site solo.
Calls I made
- Built it myself rather than wait for an engineering sprint
- Put GTM and GA4 in before launch rather than after, so there was never a period with no data
- Wrote the handover documentation myself, so nothing got lost when it moved to the engineering team
