What I own.
Product Manager II at CarDekho Group. I own three lending and marketplace businesses across the Philippines and Indonesia: Used Car Finance, Refinance, and Real Estate Mortgage, and lead a product team.
I've taken two businesses from zero to one. An insurance vertical now processing over a thousand applications a month, and a real estate mortgage business doing close to $1.5 million in monthly GMV. I also built a payment dispute system that recovered over $110,000.
Field research in Manila showed me why adoption was stuck at 41%. Sales officers lived inside Viber group chats with customers and financiers, and our app asked them to leave that conversation and start over. So I designed a Viber chatbot that reads the chat, pulls what it needs, and creates an application in about five seconds. Adoption went to near 100%.
Before CarDekho, I scaled a crowdsourced delivery marketplace in Australia from MVP to 85,000+ users. Outside product, I direct films and run a community for independent filmmakers in India.

AI mortgage workflow
Each lead email used to be read and retyped into an application manually. Now the email is read automatically, the application is created from it, the documents are pulled in, and OCR fills the fields. Sales only verifies.
